TURN-KEY FIT OUT SOLUTIONS
The Mattress Store Trading LLC will cover a standard warranty of the fit-out projects for 12 months from the date of hand over the completion of work.
We provide extended Warranties for specific components such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, or finishes, you may benefit from extended warranties ranging from 2 to 5 years, depending on our agreement and the manufacturer’s guarantees. A project that includes structural components, may carry a longer warranty period, which will be communicated to you at the completion of the project and during the handover of completed work.
Warranty shall cover any defects that arise from poor workmanship or improper installation, manufacturing defects in the materials used. Our warranties ensure that these systems function properly, provided you maintain them according to the specified guidelines.
Warranty Exclusions
The warrany shall exclude the normal wear and tear, any damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance on clients’ part.
The warranty shall also exclude any changes made after handover without our approval.
Acts of God (e.g., earthquakes, floods).
Warranty Process
- During the defects liability period (DLP), you can rest assured that any issues identified will be rectified at no cost to you.
- After the DLP, your warranties will continue based on the specific terms outlined for each element of your project.
- We will provide you with documentation that includes a clear warranty timeline, a designated contact point for any issues you may encounter, and your maintenance obligations.
