The Designer Partnership Program is an initiative by The Mattress Store General Trading LLC (TMS) that incentivizes designers to promote TMS’s products to their clients in exchange for commissions or discounts on direct purchases.
Who is eligible to join the Designer Partnership Program?
To qualify, designers must submit a completed application form, a valid trade license and Emirates ID (for registered companies), UAE bank account details, and valid Emirates ID and passport (for individual designers). All documents must remain valid throughout the duration of the agreement.

What are the benefits of joining the program?
Designers can earn a commission of 10% on the total paid amount, excluding VAT, for products purchased for their projects, or they can choose to avail exclusive discount of 10% on the total of their purchase excluding the VAT.
How do I activate my commission incentive?
To activate your commission incentive, provide your details to the sales representative when placing an order. Your information will be linked to the sales order, ensuring you receive your commission.
How and when will I receive my commission?
Commissions will be paid via bank transfer within 30 days of full invoice payment and after the complete delivery of the products.
Can I transfer my agreement or benefits to someone else?
No, the Designer cannot transfer this Agreement or any benefits from it to a third party.
What happens if I want to terminate my agreement?
Either party can terminate the agreement without cause by providing a minimum of 7 days' prior written notice. TMS also reserves the right to terminate the agreement for specific reasons, such as failure to maintain required documents or unauthorized resale of products.
What is the return policy for products purchased through the program?
Designers can request the return of products obtained through the program, following TMS's standard refund, return, and exchange policy. However, designers are only eligible for product exchanges and not refunds once they have availed of the commission.
How is confidentiality handled in this program?
Designers must treat all information received from TMS, including the terms of the agreement, as confidential. Disclosure of this information to any third party is prohibited without prior approval from TMS.
What laws govern this agreement?
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be adjudicated in the Dubai Courts.
Am I responsible for disclosing the terms of the agreement to my clients?
Yes, the designer assumes full responsibility for disclosing the terms of this agreement upon customer request and indemnifies TMS against all claims brought forth by their respective customers.
