Given the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items except in cases of manufacturing defects. All sales are final.

We encourage customers to carefully review all product details, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before making a purchase to ensure the item meets their needs and expectations.

The Mattress Store LLC offers warranty to the original purchase of its products within the United Arab Emirates. However it is subjected to the limitations, terms, conditions and exclusions set forth below. Please check our Terms & Conditions for more details for each brand. Where applicable, kindly register your purchase and activate the Product Warranty through the relevant brand’s warranty activation process, Your products will be covered according to the terms & conditions of this limited warranty, and The Mattress Store Gen. Tr. LLC or the manufacturer will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or any expense of any nature whatsoever, arising from the use and ownership of the product.

At the time of purchase, kindly review and confirm all aspects of your purchase(s) including but not limited to the Item details, Quantity, Size/Dimensions, Price.

The Delivery Date of your items is in the Order to accommodate your suitability and for scheduling. However, the Company reserves the right to reschedule the Delivery schedule due to operational reasons.

Returns or exchanges will only be considered in the case of any product defect from the supplier on a case to case basis, and the Management reserves all rights in the matter. We kindly request that you meticulously inspect your items on receipt.
