For Purchases Within the UAE:

We offer free shipping and delivery on all orders within the UAE, regardless of order value.

Delivery lead times are approximately 2-5 business days depending on stock availability.

For large items like mattresses and furniture, delivery appointments are required and to be scheduled in advance.

For International Orders:

Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated during checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

International shipping costs and delivery timelines will vary depending on the location.

Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be applicable for international shipments, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

*We reserve the right to modify or reschedule the delivery date and time as necessary for UAE and International Orders.

 

Express Delivery Policy – Next Day Delivery

1. Order Cut-off Time
   • Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.
   • Orders received after 4:00 PM will be delivered on the second day.
2. Delivery Availability
   • The express delivery service is available 6 days a week, except on
     Sundays.
3. Delivery Fees
   • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah: AED 299
   • Abu Dhabi & Al Ain: AED 599 (within city limits)
4. Failure to Deliver on Agreed Time
   • In the event of a failure to deliver at the agreed time, the order will be
     scheduled for regular delivery, and the express delivery fees will be
     fully refunded.
5. Partial or Missing Item Delivery
   • If an order is partially delivered or an item is missing, 50% of the
     express delivery fee will be refunded.
6. Customer Rescheduling or Rejection of Delivery
   • If the customer rejects the delivery or requests to reschedule, the
     express delivery fees will not be refunded.
