How much is the initial fee for interior design services?

The initial fee is 5,000 AED, which covers projects up to 3,000 square feet.

Can the design service fee be refunded?

The consultation fee is fully refundable or applicable towards the final invoice if the total project budget reaches AED 75,000 or more within our portfolio excluding VAT

 

If the project budget is less than AED 75,000, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

 

The fee will not be refunded if the project is abandoned by the client at any stage.

What deliverables will I receive as part of the design service?

You will receive:

  • Detailed floor plans (2D or 3D)
  • Mood boards
  • Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Comprehensive pricing presentation (PowerPoint or Excel)
  • Floor plans in PDF or printed format

How can I meet with a designer?

You can schedule:

  • An in-home meeting
  • A visit to any store of your choice with a Senior Interior Designer

How long can I access design support?

You will have:

  • Designer consultations until project completion
  • Full access to our Design Studio throughout the project
  • Unlimited access to our luxury home brands and collections

Are there any additional costs for logistics and assembly?

No, logistics and assembly are provided at no additional cost.

When is the design service fee waived?

The design service fee is deducted from the total invoice for projects totaling 75,000 AED or more within our portfolio excluding VAT.
