Product Warranty – Down Pillow, quilts and toppers.

Thank you for choosing our product. This down-filled (product) has been manufactured with high-quality materials and under strict production controls to ensure comfort, durability, and performance.

Warranty Period:

This product is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.

The Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty or poorly finished seams

The Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or incorrect washing or drying.
  • Natural wear and tear.
  • Stains, discoloration, odors, or tears caused by the user.
  • Commercial or professional use (hotels, clinics, etc.).

Important Information on Returns:

Due to the nature of this product, returns are not accepted for hygiene and health protection reasons. Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product presents a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty.
  • The product received does not match the item ordered (e.g., incorrect model or size).

Requirements to Claim the Warranty:

  • Provide the original proof of purchase.
  • The product must have been used and maintained according to the manufacturer instructions*.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

*Care Instructions:

To maintain the quality and longevity of your down product, please follow these care recommendations:

  • Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum temperature 40º.
  • Use 1/3 amount of detergent.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Tumble drying is required to ensure the product is thoroughly dried. Use a low temperature setting. Including some clean tennis balls will help to maintain fluffiness.
  • Ensure it is completely dry before reuse or storage.
  • Air regularly and use protector to reduce washing frequency.
  • When not in use, store in a dry place inside a breathable bag. Do not vacuum-seal.
