Welcome to The Mattress Store Design Partnership Program – Terms and Conditions
The Mattress Store (TMS) operates premium retail stores offering mattresses and home furnishings. The Professional is engaged in a profession that influences customer purchasing decisions through services in design, architecture, real estate, lifestyle management, or related fields. TMS has established this program to incentivize professionals who refer clients and promote TMS products.
Incentive Program
The Professional has the option to choose their entitled 10% incentive at the time of purchase based on the following criteria.
Criteria A: If the professional wishes to avail the 10% incentive as a commission, then their sales order will be tagged with their name, and no additional discount will be applied.
Criteria B: If the professional wishes to avail their 5% incentive as a commission and grant 5% additional discount to their clients, then their sales order will be tagged with a DPP Silver Wallet discount.
Criteria C: If the professional wishes to grant their 10% incentive as an additional discount to their clients, then their sales order will be tagged with a DPP Gold Wallet discount.
Once the customer’s purchase is completed, The Professional must raise a Service Invoice.
Incentive payments shall be processed via bank transfer by the 15th day of the following month.
The incentive is granted for services rendered in promoting TMS products and will be based on the net invoice value.
Participation & Responsibilities the Professional shall:
- Promote TMS stores, brands and products to their clients.
- Encourage clients to purchase directly from TMS showrooms or platforms.
- Consent to receive marketing collaterals for TMS brands.
- Identify themselves at store visits using Emirates ID or proof of registration under the program.
Termination: It is TMS sole discretion to remove the professional from the program within 7 days’ notice if;
- Required documents are invalid of not updated.
- Program benefits are transferred to third parties without consent.
- Products obtained through the program are resold without authorization.
- TMS reserves the sole discretion to remove a Professional from the program at any time if it determines that the arrangement no longer provides meaningful benefit to either party.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchange policy shall be adhered in line with TMS Returns and Exchange policy available in the QR Code.

Confidentiality
The Professional agrees to treat all commercial terms, materials, and any proprietary information related to this Program as strictly confidential. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of TMS.
Disclosure
The Professional may disclose their participation in the Program upon client request. However, any marketing or promotional use of TMS’s name, brands, or intellectual property requires written approval.
Indemnity
The Professional shall indemnify and hold harmless TMS, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Professional’s independent dealings, representations, or engagements with referred clients.
Misrepresentation
Any marketing material being used by the partner which includes "TMS" name shall conform with TMS brand standards.
