If you wish to make the payment in cash on delivery, please just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

Returns are possible within 30 days of the delivery of the products.

However, returns and refunds will only be available if the product is counterfeit or defective and they have not been installed / unpacked.

The returns process can take up to 7 working days and the refund process can take between 14 and 20 days.

Online and telesales customers do have the opportunity to return products when they do not fit as long as they are still in their original packaging and we are informed within 30 working days.
